The healthy caddy
If there’s one thing that gets me more excited than seeing my clients have a breakthrough during one of my coaching sessions, it’s food shopping in a store that has everything I’m looking for. Today I spent 30 minutes running around picking up bits and bobs to prepare for my weekly shopping. I made sure I had a rich blend of vegetables, fruits, protein, healthy fats and complex carbs to help me build the energy and power that my body needs. I was delighted to find a fresh basil plant. Huge fan! It’s always a smarter option to get yourself a fresh plant rather than buying the ones in packets. It last longer, it’s fresh and it grows back. This one cost me 1,99 GBP!
In case you’re curious, here is a sample of what a healthy cart caddy looks like: Basil, tomatoes, free-range chicken breast fillets, lean mince meat, lemons, spinach, organic peppers, scottish salmon, raspberries, blueberries, garden peas, fresh salad, free range eggs, whole bread with seeds, organic celery, organic oats, almonds, avocados, rice milk, carrots, oranges…
